Student Information

New Students

The process for becoming a Stoneybrook Foundation student begins with the intake paperwork. This paperwork, filled out by a student or student’s caregiver, gives the staff at Stoneybrook a better understanding of the student’s current needs and the goals that they wish to accomplish during their time in the program. The paperwork also includes releases from medical professionals as well as vital diagnostic information.

In conjunction with filling out the intake paperwork, new students will need to schedule an intake evaluation with the Stoneybrook Foundation executive director. You can do this by emailing Paula Cinti at info@stoneybrookfoundation.org

Resources Available

Although the Stoneybrook Foundation lessons are subsidized in order to keep costs low for our families, there are additional community resources resources available for those with a demonstrated financial need.
